Services

Advice from people who ship, not just advise.

Every recommendation comes from a studio that builds and runs websites, stores and business systems in Uganda.

Digital strategy for SMEs

What to build first, which tools to use and what it should cost, written for a Ugandan business budget rather than a Silicon Valley one.

Website & system audits

A plain-English review of your current website or software: speed, mobile, security, Google visibility and what to fix first.

Cybersecurity awareness training

Practical sessions on phishing, fake Mobile Money messages, password hygiene and WhatsApp scams, built around the tools your staff use.

Hands-on workshops

Training on the systems we build for you, on updating your own website, and on reading basic analytics so decisions are based on numbers.

Vendor & quote review

Received a quote from another developer or a software vendor? We tell you what is reasonable, what is missing and what to ask.

Technology roadmap

A 12-month plan for a growing business: systems, hardware, staff training and costs, so nothing surprises you.

Consultancy that saves you money before it costs you any.

Most of the expensive mistakes we see in Ugandan businesses happen before any code is written: a subscription in dollars for software nobody uses, a website that nobody can log into because the previous developer owns the domain, a shared password that leaves with a former employee. A short conversation at the right moment prevents most of them. That is why the first call is free.

Who this is for

  • Owners and managers deciding whether to build a website, an app, a POS or booking system, and what it should cost.
  • Teams who handle payments, customer data or company WhatsApp groups and need to recognise scams before they land.
  • Businesses with an existing system that is slow, insecure or invisible on Google and need an honest second opinion.
  • NGOs, schools and clinics planning a digital project and looking for a partner who will explain things in plain language.

How a consultancy engagement runs

Start with a WhatsApp message describing the decision you are facing. We talk it through for free, and if a written audit, a strategy document or a training session would help, we scope it and quote a fixed price. Reports are short and specific: what to do, in what order, and roughly what it will cost. If you then ask us to build something, the consultancy fee is credited against the project.

Cybersecurity awareness, the Ugandan version

Generic training talks about threats your staff will never see. Ours uses the messages they actually receive: fake Mobile Money confirmations, a “boss” on WhatsApp asking for an urgent transfer, a supplier email with a changed bank account. Staff leave knowing exactly what to check and who to call, and you leave with a simple policy you can enforce.

FAQ’s

The first conversation on WhatsApp or a call is free and without obligation. If you need a written audit, a digital strategy or a training session, we scope it with you and quote a fixed price before starting.

Any team that uses email, WhatsApp, Mobile Money or a business system, which today means every team. Sessions are practical and non-technical: recognising phishing and fake payment messages, safe passwords and two-factor login, protecting company WhatsApp groups, and what to do the moment something looks wrong.

Yes. We run sessions at your premises in Kampala and surrounding areas, and online for teams elsewhere in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan. Sessions are built around your actual tools rather than generic slides.

Yes. We review speed, mobile usability, security, search visibility and code quality, and give you a plain-English report with what to fix first. If you decide to have us do the work, the audit fee is credited against the project.

For websites, stores and systems we build, yes, through a simple maintenance arrangement. For broader IT support, we tell you honestly what we cover and recommend a partner for what we do not.
